Last updated 2026-07-04. These terms cover the open-source CLI and this website. Team Edition is governed by a separate agreement.
The software
The atcr CLI, MCP server, and Agent Skill are released as open source under the license in the project repository. That license governs your use, modification, and redistribution of the software. Nothing here narrows the rights it grants you.
No warranty
atcr is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is a review aid that surfaces and ranks findings produced by third-party language models. It does not guarantee that it will find every defect, and it may report findings that are incorrect. You remain responsible for the code you ship — atcr informs human review, it does not replace it.
Model providers and costs
atcr calls the model providers you configure using your own keys. You are responsible for your usage of those providers, your compliance with their terms, and any costs they charge. atcr.dev is not a party to your relationship with any provider.
The website
atcr.dev is provided for informational purposes. Benchmark figures shown in the leaderboard are illustrative unless explicitly published with methodology and a suite version. Content may change without notice.
Pilot signup
The Team Edition pilot signup form on this site collects the information described in the privacy policy. Submitting the form is a request to be considered for the pilot and does not create a service agreement. Team Edition itself is governed by a separate agreement presented at signup.
Acceptable use
Do not use the software to review code you are not authorized to access, or in violation of applicable law or the terms of the model providers you configure.
Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
